  • cutting process fully automated (operation of the machine controls the PLC controller, drives are controlled via frequency inverters), limited proximity sensors
  • welded beam construction
  • the adjusting motion is executed as the beam's movement (of the whole machine) along the arranged tracks - variable speed control through the frequency inverter
  • working motion is executed as movement of the support with spindle and disc along the beam with precisely milled guide bars
  • a rotary table equipped with the possibility of blocking at 90 degrees
  • variable cutting speed control, 6 levels depth adjustment in subsequent cuts material
  • the saw arm is also adapted to cut at an angle up to 45 degrees - operated manually

  • Worktable with hydraulic lifter  allows the inclination of the material at an angle to 70 degrees
  • Supporting structure of machines (welded)  eliminate the need for reinforced concrete foundations under the saw guides
  • Automatics of multiple cuts  execution of successive cuts in the machine
  • Cutting out option of the designed pattern book  This option allows you to select the introduced into the machine pattern book and cut it out according to set parameters (book width, pattern depth). The new pattern books can be designed in supplied software. Links below:

Requirements to be executed (before starting the machine) by Customer:
  • electric supply cable: 5 x 4 [mm2] stranded copper conductor
  • protection in electric network before machine: D32-3P
  • electric connection between the machine and the network should be disconnectable - plug/socket 32A
  • before start, all fixed, metal parts shall be connected by means of band iron of section 120 mm2 with PE of electric installation
  • all media (electricity, water, compressed air) shall be led from the side of control cabinet
