Intended for stone processing - milling and polishing process

Features and parameters of the machine:
  • fully automated and controlled (operation of the machine controls the PLC controller, drives are controlled via frequency inverters)
  • has a built-in pneumatic jack to movement and rotation slab
  • head design - used a specialized engine (VEM company) intended solely for profile side/flat side grinder and assembly of pneumatic actuators
  • adjustable the number of performed automatically, repetitive of the head movements
Additional equipment:
  • Positioning in the beam motion  option allows you to stop the movements of the head carriage assembly exactly within a fixed/indicated position independently of the selected working speed setting of the machine
  • Electrovalve for clean water

Requirements to be executed (before starting the machine) by Customer:
  • electric supply cable: 5 x 2,5 [mm2] stranded copper conductor
  • protection in electric network before machine: D20-3P
  • electric connection between the machine and the network should be disconnectable - plug/socket 32A
  • before start, all fixed, metal parts shall be connected by means of band iron of section 120 mm2 with PE of electric installation
  • all media (electricity, water, compressed air) shall be led from the side of control cabinet
